Eric Lewis is a 2014 RHP with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Ridgewood, NJ who attends Ridgewood High School. He is an athletic right handed pitcher with a compact build and strong lower 1/2. On the mound, he showed a smooth online delivery with a hip turn and coil at the top. He had a long loose arm action and a high 3/4 arm slot with minimal effort. The ball comes out clean. Lewis could cut his fastball, and flashed a hard dropping 12/6 curveball. At the plate, he had a wide set up with a middle of the field approach with pop. He displayed a short stroke and gets down to the ball. In the game he had an impressive triple to centerfield that showed his athleticism and the strength in his swing.
