Slender athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. 7.04 runner, have seen down to 6.82 in the past, good actions in the outfield, accurate throws with good carry. Right handed hitter, spread stance, simple swing mechanics, high hands to start, gets weight through front side well, line drive swing plane, gets the barrel to the ball well, will improve offensively with more strength. He's a fast twitch athlete running 6.82 and throwing 84 MPH from the outfield. He uses a long arm action to throw and has some carry on his throws. Clapperton's feet work well and he has developing outfield actions. Clapperton has an aggressive approach at the plate with bat speed. He swings on a line drive path and made hard contact. He's got some juice in his bat and showed some power potential with his game swings. Good tool set to improve. Very good student.
