Thomas Lee is a 2007 OF/C with a 5'9'', 190 lb. frame from Lafayette CA, who attends Acalanes. Lee has a medium sized frame with a stocky strong build. Defensively, Lee moves well in the outfield and is aggressive to the ball to make plays. He has solid defensive actions with developing arm strength. At the plate, Lee is an aggressive hitter who really attacks the strike zone. He swings with leverage and the ball jumps off his bat well. He has present power with even more power potential in there. Lee can hit the ball well to all fields and maintains good balance through his swing. He is a good hitter that will produce at the next level.

Thomas Lee is a 2007 OF/C with a 5'9'', 190 lb. frame from Lafayette CA, who attends Acalanes HS. Lee has thick physical proportions. He has strong legs and forearms. His main asset is power with bat. Lee swings aggressively but under control. There is some leverage in his swing and he has no trouble lifting the ball. Lee has plus bat speed and his hands work well. His barrel stays in the zone for a long time, allowing Lee to hit with power to all fields, though he is primarily a pull hitter in game situations. He has no trouble turning on the fastball and the ball jumps off his bat. Another asset is that even when he doesn't square up, he still gets hits due to his strength (hands/forearms) and aggressive swing. Lee doesn't look like the typical power hitter, but he has power that plays now. Defensively he is an adequate outfielder, relegated to left field with his range and arm. He goes to the ball well and makes low trajectory throws. Lee has spent time behind the plate in his high school career too. For programs that are still seeking a power bat and are not particularly concerned with the position that comes with it, Lee could be your guy.

He hits from a wide base with high hands and a short stride. He showed good hand strength and generates bat speed. He makes solid contact, and has the potential to hit for big power. Defensively, he has a solid glove and shows good range. He pitches from a 3/4 slot with a short arm action and an even tempo delivery. He has a short upright finish with not much lower half involvment. His fastball was pretty straight at 74 mph. His curveball showed decent action with good depth at 65 mph. He throws a 66 mph change that had sinking action. Thomas is a good student.
