Javon Rigsby is a 2014 RHP/3B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Texarkana, TX who attends Liberty-Eylau. Large athletic frame with a solid build. Pitches from an over the top arm slot with a quick arm action. He hides the ball well which makes his fastball get on hitters quicker than they realize, his fastball has arm side run to it and uses his curveball when he is ahead in the count. Simple easy swing with a line drive swing plane, hits the ball to all fields and goes with the pitch well. Has good soft hands on the infield with a good accurate arm, smooth actions with lateral agility and reads hops well. Is a good student.
