Giancarlo Martinez is a 2013 MIF with a 5-7 143 lb. frame from Brigantine, NJ who attends Atlantic City HS. Medium, young build with lots of room to add strength. Developing fielding actions that show potential. Hands work with softness. Feet move well laterally. Long arm action, more velocity to come with additional strength. Right handed hitter with minimal pre-swing movement. Short stroke that does a good job of staying inside the ball. Short to the ball with extension. Good lower half with consistent contact to the opposite field.
