Dominic Trento is a 2015 MIF/RHP with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Chino Hills, CA who attends Damien. Trento has a medium sized frame with a young lean build. He has good young defensive actions with good footwork to the ball. He has good transfers and developing arm strength. Trento has solid young defensive tools to improve. At the plate, he starts with a slightly open stance with a wide base. He uses a high leg lift trigger and has a rotational sweeping swing. He has a contact type approach with line drive pop. Trento pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a clean arm action. He gets some arm side run on his fastball and has good shape to his 11/5 curveball. Velocity projects on the mound and throws strikes. Solid young two way player. Very good student.

Dominic Trento is a 2015 MIF/RHP with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Chino Hills, CA who attends Damien HS. Slender build, young look. Right handed hitter, bent knee stance, wide base, rock back load, hands stay above the ball, good line drive swing plane, gets some extension out front, stays on the ball well, swings hard, good overall swing mechanics, should improve with strength/maturity. Footwork/arm strength still developing for middle infield work, shows the hands to keep developing. Also pitched, well paced delivery, tall at release, fastball topped at 74 mph, very good FB life at times in all directions, big slow curveball, shortens up to slider shape at times, gets good life on change up as well. Good student.
