Fast paced simple delivery with short, quick arm action, high leg raise, stays balanced well, very good direction, ball comes out of hand cleanly. Very steady fastball velocity at 87-88 mph, works downhill with fastball, gets sink and run on fastball, not afraid to pitch inside, breaks bats, slider has good spin and depth, commands both offerings with advanced pitchability, has shown a nice change up in the past. Will be successful immediately at the next level. Good student.

Dulvis Borjas is a 2013 RHP with a 6-0 184 lb. frame from Del Ray Beach, FL who attends Grandview Prep. Solid athletic build, fairly mature physically. Low hand drop and drive delivery, accelerates to the plate, high 3/4's release, hides the ball well, gets some downhill plane, arm is quick and loose. Fastball topped at 88 mph, maintained FB velocity very well, can elevate fastball past bats. Curveball has tight spin with shorter break and good bite, some feel for a change up, has the ability to mix pitches and pitch to spots. Mature pitcher with the ability to pitch high D1 immediately. Good student.
