Kale Morton is a 2014 LHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Glendora, CA who attends Glendora HS. Slender young build with developing strength. Leg tuck delivery, tucks shoulder in, too, compact arm circle, low effort release, could extend better out front. Mid 70's fastball, occasional flat running action, change up gets better sink and fade with same arm speed. Flashes tight curveball spin, better break to the glove side. Tends to nibble away from right handed hitters with all pitches, stuff is better when being aggressive. Right handed hitter, simple pre-stride approach, makes consistent contact, hits to all fields, gets the barrel to the ball.
