Chris Arnold is a 2012 C/2B, OF with a 5-8 175 lb. frame from Louisville, KY who attends Louisville Male. Small athletic build. Has good tools behind the plate that project. Receives and blocks well, short transfer and gains ground with his feet. Showed short arm action with good arm strength. At the plate, employs a short, line drive stroke with the ability to get the barrel to the ball out front. He has a good approach and weight transfer and does a good job of staying inside the ball. Short to the ball, not much current power but projects to add it with additional strength. Understands the game, good leader behind the plate. Good student.
