Ryan Losman is a 2013 RHP/IF with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Venice HS. Loose slender build, lots of room to get stronger. Slow paced hands over head delivery, drifts to the plate, some hesitation before arm comes forward, compact arm action in back, loose coming through, high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball to 81 mph, consistent velocity, mostly straight, primary FB pitcher, rare curveball and change up, small soft curveball bite. Can pitch taller and use lower half more, should gain more velocity with strength. Good swing mechanics, loose with some extension, hits open and looks to pull. Long loose arm in the infield, moves well, good actions to the ball, shows arm strength. Good student.
