Jordan Morina is a 2016 3B/1B, OF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Coral Gables Senior. Solid present build with good strength throughout frame as well as remaining physical projection. Hits from narrow stance with toe tap timing mechanism, gets to the zone quick with short and quick hands. Line drive swing plane with consistent contact to the pull side, high finish to swing. Shows gap to gap power with simple swing and approach. Moves well to the ball in the OF, fields cleanly with good footwork, gets on top of throws and throws accurately with good arm strength, topping at 82 MPH. Waits back on the ball in the IF, reads hops well, makes the plays and shows ability to throw accurately from all arm angles. Ran a 7.45 60 yard dash. Very good student.
