Ross Hough is a 2015 LHP/1B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Camden, SC who attends Camden HS. Medium athletic build with lots of room to fill out. Pitches from an over the top arm slot. Smooth delivery with simple mechanics, repeats well. Short arm action. Arm is loose and fastball shows arm side run. Good command. Stuff projects well. From first base uses longer arm action than on the mound. Hands work well when fielding. Hits from right side. Crouched even stance. Short swing with line drive swing plane. Slightly downhill swing plane with good extension. Hands show quickness and strength.
