Tyler Sturdivant is a 2013 RHP/3B with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Shallowater, TX who attends Shallowater HS. Athletic build with strength in lower half. Pitches from 3/4 slot. Arm is loose and works well with arm speed. Stays balanced in delivery. Short stride with good balance, finishes out front. Commands fastball well. Threw 11/5 slurve for strikes. Both pitches for strikes. Slightly open stance with narrow base. Good extension, line drive swing plane with late lift. Showed the ability to hit the ball to all fields. Very good student.
