Austin Godfrey is a 2015 LHP/OF with a 5-7 160 lb. frame from Douglasville, GA who attends South Paulding HS. Short compact build, good present strength. Slow tempo delivery, high 3/4's arm slot. Consistent low 80's fastball, topped out at 83 mph, attacks hitters with fastballs early in count, stays low in the zone well. Quality change up with good arm speed and life, lots of deception, flashes good hard curveball spin and some depth.
