One of the most athletic infielders in the Sunshine West was Kenney. He is an infielder with quick hands and feet and showed a swift glove making some non-routine plays look easy. He lacked the arm strength to match his other high level skills but as a 2B prospect he will be able to get the job done and excel in the other areas. His 6.91 time in the 60 is fast but his baseball speed was even better in the field and on the base-paths. He has quickness to go along with his speed. At the plate he showed that he can hit. His swing was a little long in BP but it was fast and produced a hard crack of his bat as the ball flew off quickly, At only 155 pounds, with the type of jump the ball got off his bat, we think he will be special in the next year as he gains more strength.
