Thomas Wegielnik is a 2014 RHP with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Fort Myers, FL who attends Bishop Verot HS. Smaller build, developing present strength. Slow deliberate wind up, sound repeatable mechanics, stays on line, high 3/4's arm slot. Upper 70's fastball, topped at 80 mph, mostly straight. Flashed good spin on upper 60's curveball, will cast it occasionally, good feel for change up with late sink. Has some pitchability and attacks hitters early in the count.
