Chace Sarchet is a 2014 C/OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Lubbock, TX who attends Lubbock Coronado HS, Long and lean athletic frame, lots of projection. Versatile defensive player, flexible quick actions behind the plate, shifts well, throwing actions tend to be long, 2.01 best pop time. Has the speed and arm strength for corner outfield slots, moves well to the ball, accurate on line throws, can probably play corner IF positions as well. Left handed hitter, quick hands, good bat speed, some lift in swing, hard mid field line drive contact, has swing adjustments to make to grow his power potential but can handle the barrel.
