Eugene Freeman is a 2013 OF with a 5-11 163 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Langston Hughes HS. Medium athletic build, slender with room to grow. Right handed hitter, high hand set, loose easy swing, has some present bat speed, lift in his swing, ball carries well when squared, projects some more power with strength, can get long at times. Excellent speed, 6.62 on a slow track, accurate throws, footwork in the outfield still raw. Very interesting power/speed combination. Good student.
