Jamie Faber is a 2012 3B/MIF, RHP with a 6-3 172 lb. frame from Cohasset, MA who attends Cohasset. Tall, lean frame that projects well. Stiff actions on the infield. Short arm action with good arm action. Pull approach at the plate with a solid, line drive swing. Hands work well with good contact skills. Very impressive on the mound. Long arm action with wide hand separation. Stays online and has good control and extension. Ball comes out easy from 3/4 slot. Has good arm speed and fastball showed right turn arm side run at times. Curveball shows sharp break and depth. Good feel for curveball and slider at 73 with different shape but same hard break. developing changeup as #4 pitch. Lots of potential on the mound. Very good student.
