Brett Connors is a 2012 MIF/RHP, OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from New Canaan, CT who attends St Luke's. Medium build athlete. Very versatile player. Good athlete who ran a 6.96 sixty yard dash. Good hands and feet on the infield with average arm strength. Showed good range to both sides and some feel for SS position. Also profiles at 2B. Showed raw arm strength with 86 mph velocity from outfield. Wide open stance, aggressive swing on a line drive plane. Short swing , ball comes off well. Looseness in bat and does a good job of keeping his hands inside. Long arm action on mound. Throws form 3/4 slot with short arm action. Clean mechanics that he repeats. Fastball showed armside run and curveball at 67 had loose 11/5 break. Also flashed changeup at 73. Versatile athlete with potential. Good student.
