Michael Strait is a 2015 OF/RHP with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends South Forsyth HS. Nice athletic build, good present strength. Right handed hitter, short compact swing, aggressive hitter, squares the ball up, has some bat speed, ball jumps hard off the barrel, line drive contact to all fields. 7.06 runner, speed plays up on the bases and in the outfield, sound outfield actions, on line accurate throws with carry, gets to the ball quickly, good footwork, soft hands, looks like he has the tools to play infield as well. Also pitched, arm works well, high 3/4's arm slot, works downhill well, fastball to 82 mph, mostly straight, throws hard slurve that goes between curveball and slider shape, creates good spin, has pitching tools. All around athlete with skills across the board, should continue to get better in all regards. Good student.

Michael Strait is a 2015 OF/RHP with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends South Forsyth HS. Medium athletic build, young but has some strength. Simple right handed hitting approach, no stride, good hand strength, has some bat speed, line drive plane, consistent contact, would improve immediately with a better trigger. 7.42 runner, moves through the ball well in the outfield, some developing arm strength. Also pitched, easy delivery, repeats well, throws strikes, mid 70's fastball topped at 77 mph, occasional cutting action, soft curveball with short break.
