Donovan Waller is a 2013 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Forked River, NJ who attends Lacey. Big frame with present strength and more to come. Long arm action on the mound with 3/4 slot and very good extension out front. good control, ability to spot fastballs to both sides of the plate. Quickness in arm, curveball at 66 showed tight spin. big potential on mound. Smooth defensive 1B with athleticism and same arm action as on mound, Long swing at the plate with power potential to pull side, flashed bat quickness. Very good student.

High 3/4 release, arm is loose, full arm action, lands closed, cross body release, easy motion, needs better direction with lower half, can spin ball well, 1/7 curve with late break, would not be surprising to see big velocity gain if he continues to work hard. Also hit, wide base, whippy swing, quick hands. He is a good student.
