Ben Wilson is a 6'0" right handed pitcher from Edinboro, PA, who threw three very effective innings in Fort Myers. He threw from a high ¾’s release point and pitched between 76 and 78 mph with his fastball. Wilson’s best pitch was a 65 mph curveball that had tight rotation and some good 11 to 5 biting action. Wilson is also a good looking athlete with very good running ability and instincts. He might be a 2-way prospect for the right college program. Ben is an outstanding student capable of getting admitted to most any college in the USA.
