Sean Flannery is a 2013 LHP/1B with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from El Cajon, CA who attends Valhalla. Flannery has a a large frame with a thick build. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a long loose arm action. He pitches downhill well and throws across his body a bit. Flannery's arm works well and he projects for more velocity. He throws a heavy fastball with arm side run on it. He throws a 1/7 curveball with decent shape to it. He can throw his curveball harder to add deception and depth. Flannery throws a change up at 76 MPH with good sink and deception. He appears to be a late bloomer physically and should be followed closely. Interesting LHP, very good student.
