Tanner Hetzel is a 2012 RHP/1B with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Sacramento, CA who attends Jesuit. Tall strong build, durable, good pitcher's build. 3/4 arm slot on the mound, loose easy arm action, hard armside run on fastball, easy low effort delivery, sound mechanically, good life on cut fastball, feel for changeup, around the plate with all pitches. Good present strength in swing, short to the ball, ball comes off the bat well, has tools to work with, will improve with slight adjustments in approach. Solid student.
