Logan Baldwin is a 2014 OF/LHP with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Ringgold, GA who attends Ringgold HS. Large projectable frame with an athletic build and room to fill. Starts with a narrow upright base at the plate, has a good swing, sound contact approach at the plate, sound easy swing mechanics. Shows bat speed, stays inside the ball well, has a line drive swing plane, smooth fluid stroke, good balance. In the outfield he has good arm strength, has a quick arm, accurate, smooth good actions, good feet, has carry on his throws. Pitches from a low 3/4 arm slot, long loose arm action, easy effort, smooth balanced online delivery, attacks hitters. Fastball has arm side run, curveball has 1-7 break to it is sharp and has late break with good shape. Is an interesting 2-way prospect to follow.
