Dylan Day is a 2011 IF/RHP with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Garland, TX who attends Sachse HS. Small slender build. Long swing with some hand quickness, weight stays over his backside, uppercut plane, handles the barrel well and squares it up consistently, has an idea how to hit, will benefit from more strength. Second base actions defensively, long arm stroke, hands play well at the ball, 7.81 runner. Also pitched, 70 mph fastball with both sink/cut, long loose arm action, mixes in soft curveball. Good student.
