Clayton Eames is a 2011 RHP/1B with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Hoschton, GA who attends Winder Barrow HS. Medium frame, strong lower half. Compact arm action, over the top release point, a bit cross body on release, repeats delivery well. Low to mid 80's fastball, topped at 85 mph, mostly straight with some cutting action at times. Hard slurve type breaking ball, flashes hard bite at times, some feel for a change up, mixes his pitches well and has an idea. Shows some strength with the bat, good extension through contact, lift in his swing, ball comes off well.
