Nathan Goetz is a 2011 C/RHP with a 6-1 220 lb. frame from Fort Worth, TX who attends Castleberry HS. Big stocky build, some present strength. Good raw arm strength catching, 1.90 best pop, will need to improve foot quickness/mobility. Closed narrow stance hitting, hand drop load, tends to pull off front shoulder in swing creating length to ball, line drive contact to all fields. Also pitched, long loose arm action, big leg lift delivery, FB up to 85 mph, varies FB velocity, flashes depth and spin on CB. May have higher ceiling on the mound.
