Kevin Lillicrop is a 2013 RHP/OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Cypress, CA who attends Cypress HS. Slender young build, room to get stronger. Full fast paced delivery, full long extended arm circle, effort on release, tends to fly open. High 3/4's release, will drop down to low 3/4's with no loss of velocity. Fastball tops at 86 mph, straight at higher release but cuts well down lower, tends to throw fastball to the middle of the plate. Soft curveball spin, effort in delivery affects release point consistency. Shows position tools, solid outfield actions with good arm strength and release, short quick swing with hand strength and some gap power. Should continue to improve. Good student.

Kevin Lillicrop is a 2013 RHP/OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Cypress, CA who attends Cypress. Young and athletic, Lillicrop possesses a very quick arm. Good arm action and projects for more velocity. Polished secondary stuff, sharp 11-5 Curveball showed good break and had good feel for the pitch for age. Fastball features tailing action and good command when in rhythm. Quick to plate from stretch but can get too quick at times throwing off rhythm on occasion. As he irons out small kinks he has a chance to develop into a high level pitching prospect. Also showed quick hands at the plate and a good line drive stroke, squared up several balls well. Good student. Named to Top Prospect Team.
