Robert Corriveau is a 2006 OF/DH from South Broward High School in Hollywood, FL, with a strong 5'11'', 190 lb. frame. Defensively he has a strong arm from the outfield with good online carry and accuracy. He showed solid actions and can handle either of the corner outfield positions. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from a slightly open stance. Corriveau has strength in his swing with good bat speed and a short bat path to the ball. He stays balanced throughout his swing and gets good leverage at contact. He has an uppercut swing and Corriveau tries to lift the ball and drive it. He does have strong hands and shows big power potential. He is also a good student.
