Tobin is a 2005 RHP from Osterville, MA with a solid 6'1"/175 pound body. He throws from a 3/4 arm slot, with a small leg kick and threw slightly across his body. His fastball topped out at 81 mph with some good movement at times. His curveball was 69mph with late break. His change-up was 72 mph with some sink action and he kept it at the knees consistently. He has good command of all three pitches and he hit his spots. Patrick is a good student.
