Harring is a Junior outfielder with a young body and projectable game. He ran a 7.29 in the 60 and showed a good approach to the ball as an outfielder. His throw was 70-71 mph consistently from his position with accuracy and his swing produced line drives. His actions are fluid but he still has growing to do before they are fast enough to make a scout excited. He showed a long outfield arm which is fitting but carried that arm action over to the catching position where it supressed his times. He was consistently at 2.45 - 2.50 on his pop to pop but we liked his outfield abilty which best utilizes his speed.
