Joey Gale is a 2010 LHP with a 6'3'', 190 lb. frame from Bellevue, WA who attends Newport. Tall and lanky build, long loose limbs, good projectable frame with room for continued development. Good presence on the mound, raw mechanics with quick arm, uses high leg kick, longer arm action casts deep in back, comes through smooth, has tools to develop on the mound, hitters had a hard time picking the ball up against him, his fastball curve mix caused several defensive swings from hitters in game play.
