Nick Farinacci is a 2006 middle infielder from Westlake Village, California with a tall lean build at 6'2", 172 pounds. He hits from a balanced stance with a quiet approach and low hands. He hits off of his frontside with a level swing plane and good extension. He has a contact approach and uses the whole field. He has very strong hands and a quick bat, and he has the potential to hit for power. Defensively, he showed good footwork and is much faster than his 60 time would lead you to believe. He has good actions with quick hands and decent arm strength at 78 mph across the infield. He has a projectable body with lots of room to add strength and he become a top prospect in 2006.
