Nathaniel Titcomb is a 2007 RHP/2B/3B with a 5'11'', 175 lb. frame from Norwood MA, who attends Xaverian Brothers HS. He has a medium build with developing sterngth. Titcomb has a long, clean arm action and comes across his body in his release and is clean out front. He has some effort on his release tends to jerk his head off the plate, which affects his command. He throws downhill well most of the time. Tibcomb's fastball was 78-80 mph with some cutting action at times. His curveball was 68 mph and had good downer 11/5 type spin when he got on top of it. Some times he was on the side and it had a shorter, flatter break. Tibcomb is an infielder when not pitching. He showed some strength at the plate and has an aggressive swing from a closed stance approach. Titcomb is a good student.
