Jonathan Knapp is a 2011 RHP with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Davison, MI who attends Faith Baptist HS. Loose, lean pitcher's build, plenty of room to add strength. Full delivery and arm circle, extended 3/4's release point, some effort on release, arm is loose out front. Low 80's fastball, touched 84 mph, looks like he can throw harder, maintains velocity from the stretch, FB mostly straight. SL has some quality, some size and consistent spin, should probably throw SL more often, soft spinning CB non-factor at this point, didn't throw change. Should keep improving with more strength. Good student.
