Matthew may not be big but he plays big.. He is very aggessive in the outfield and can cover a lot of ground. He ran just over a 7.0 on a slow track in the 60yd but we think he is capable of much better. His arm will play, he's a good all-round outfielder. His future will be determined by how well he hits. He shows hitting ability, but like so many others, the wood takes more strength than the metal. Our guess is that he hits lights out with the metal bat.

04 OF with some fringe tools. Runs OK and throws OK. Looks like a good outfielder. Not a big guy, but he has a big guys swing. Wraps the bat and long stroke. Front side flies open. A good hitting instructor could help him a ton. Keep an eye on him, he does some very good things.
