Eilseo is a present strong 5-11, 195 lb outfielder from Ohio. He showed solid athletic tools in the workouts, running 7.01 on the slow track and throwing 82 mph from the outfield from an overhand release point while showing good range and speed moving to balls. Eilseo’s ability to play at the next level will be determined by his ability to make some adjustments at the plate. He hits from a wide stance with no stride and a leg lift trigger. Right now he’s leaning back and collapsing his back sidel. Eilseo did show some ability to handle the bat head and make contact but must improve his mechanics to take advantage of his natural strength and athletic ability. He will play at the next level.
