Matt Kuna -- Kuna is a freshman infielder from Indiana with a well proportioned 5-11 body that is projectable for strength gains. He hits with a no load, no stride approach and probably hasn't swung wood a whole lot.. More strength is definitely going to help him a lot. Kuna’s best defensive tool is his arm strength, which is very good for his age, and he’ll likely profile out to third base in the future as he grows. He runs much better than the 60 time dictates because he ran 4.5 to first base, which is very good for a freshman. He took a 3 inning turn on the mound and proved to be a strike machine, throwing 75-77 mph with his fastball with a 70-72 mph slider. Kuna is also an unbelievable student who has already registered a high SAT score as a freshman.Has a chance to be very good.
