Cody Spanberger is a 2011 RHP/C with a 6'2'', 185 lb. frame from Granite City, IL who attends Granite City HS. Long lean projectable build, low waist, slopped shoulders. Low hand delivery, lots of drift, hides ball well, well paced, FB 78-80 mph, pretty straight, CB has good shape and spin, 12/6 downer break, should keep adding stuff, needs to stay back better. Good footwork catching, wide base, blocks/shifts well. Wide stance hitting, wide elblos, some lift in swing, has some bat speed, ball jumps on contact, has hitting tools to develop.
