Nick Villar is a 2012 OF/1B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Lake Forest, CA who attends El Toro HS. Strong solid build, looks athletic. Wide base hitting, limited weight shift, aggressive swing, shows present bat speed, ball comes off the barrel hard, looks to pull but can drive it to RCF as well, nice hitting tools, uses his strength well. Athletic balanced actions at first base, looked more comfortable than in the outfield. Good runner for size, 7.12. Bat can carry him.
