Matthew Bertuch is a 2010 IF/P with a 5'11'', 145 lb. frame from Cold Spring Harbor, NY who attends Cold Spring Harbor HS. Lean, athletic build. Even stance with a slight crouch. Short, compact swing, contact approach. Short arm action with solid arm strength. Very active in the field, scrappy player. Back turn delivery on the mound, hides ball well. Over hand release. Mixes in 12/6 CB with solid spin. Throws strikes. He is a great student.
