Kyle Morgan is a 2007 right handed pitcher/outfielder from Highland California with a tall, lean build at 6 ft. 1 155 pounds. He pitches from a 3/4 slot with an even tempo and solid mechanics. He has a nice easy delivery with a loose arm and good extension out front. His easy delivery lets him repeat his release point and throw quality strikes consistently. His fastball topped out at 78 mph with decent armside run. He has a very good feel for his finesse change at 69 mph. His curveball showed 12-6 break at 66 mph. He hits from a narrow upright stance, with a long swing plane. He showed some bat speed with a contact approach. Morgan has a tall projectable pitchers body with good flexibility and he could easily become a highest level prospect before he's done.
