Andy is a wiry RHP with a "Matt Clement" shape body with broad shoulders and flat chest. From Crozet, VA his 6'4-175 frame screams projectability. A 7.73 runner his future is on the mound. On the mound Andy shows ave hs velocity with 76fb and a 74 slider with 1/7 tilt. CB or slider shows making of a very good 12/6 "hammer" type pitch. With a tall lean frame and broad shoulders he should add velocity down the road. He also worked out at 1b with good 1b tools. At the plate he shows ave hs hitting skills and tends to reach for the ball at contact. He has a tall stance and ave hs hand strength and ave hs bat speed. Needs a place to continue to develop as a pitcher.
