Kyle Gibson is a 2010 C with a 5'9'', 185 lb. frame from Henderson, KY who attends Henderson County HS. Solid mature build, good present strength. Very good speed for a catcher, 6.61 60. Good raw arm strength, 1.91 best pop, low 2.0's in game, can improve footwork on shifting/blocking. Crouched stance hitting, good strength in hands, stride foot is late, mostly opposite field contact, has tools to improve with the bat, keeps swing short. Good student.
