Lenz is a projectable right-hander who already shows good stuff on the mound. His velocity is not Major League caliber, but his mechanics, body type and actions are. He has a clean and easy delivery and a good working arm in a three quarters slot with arm-speed that will get even faster as he fills out and gains more strength. He showed a 78-81 mph fastball, 62-64 mph curve and the makings of a very good change-up that might end up being his best out pitch at 69 mph. As a 1Bman he showed well defensively. With the bat he also showed well with a nice short swing and some potential as a 2-way player in a college program. He projects very well and we think he might break out in the spring with some eye-opening improvements.
