Andrew Doolittle is a 2010 RHP/1B from RHAM HS, residing in Hebron, Connecticut, with a 6'2"/200 pound frame. Andrew pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with long arm action. He has a balanced and online delivery to the plate. Doolittle has a 74 mph fastball with slight arm side run and he works quick on the mound. He has a solid 11-5 curveball at 62 mph and his changeup has sink and run at 59 mph. Andrew is a switch hitter with a straight stance from the right side. He has a small stride and a high back elbow and makes consistent contact. Doolittle has a straight stance from the left side with solid mechanics. He has lift in his swing from the left side. Andrew has good footwork around the bag at first base. He has an accurate arm at 74 mph with solid carry. Doolittle is an excellent student.
