Schaefer is a 2005 OF from North Reading, MA with a good 6'3"/180 pound body. He showed good speed with a 7.12 60yd with a nice easy gate. He has a strong arm from the outfield topping out at 86 mph with good carry. He is an all-out hustle player that’s extremely athletic. He gets a great jump off the bat and has excellent range. At the plate, he has a controlled approach to the strike zone while consistently hitting the ball where its pitched. He has good gap to gap power while making consistent hard contact. Justin is an excellent student 4.9/1500.
