Santon is a 2005 RHP/OF from Quincy, MA with a 6'1"/175 pound body. He throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a small backside and hides the ball well. His fastball topped out at 85 mph with good life and run. His 11-6 curveball topped out at 70 mph and was very effective. His change-up might be his best pitch. He maintained good arm action, and gets good sink at 66 mph. He works hard on the mound and he has a great passion for the craft. He will be very effective at the next level. John is an excellent student.
